Where do source your tea waste from?

We collect up the tea waste from offices and cafes local to our studio that are willing to set aside the waste for us collect. 

How many tea bags have your reused so far?

Since we started production at the beginning of this year, we have reused around 4000 tea bags.

Is each piece unique?

The collection is created from hand-crafted moulds. Each piece is hand-poured by Michael and Matthew in their London studio so there are subtle variations for each product making them unique.

Can I buy online and collect from the studio?

We only provide checkout options with associated delivery costs, so please get in touch via the contact page if you would like to arrange a visit to the studio.  

How can i pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our website. You can also pay for your order through the website using Paypal.

What if an item is labelled as out of stock?

We aim to keep stock of all products, however all of our pieces are individually handmade, so stock levels do fluctuate. We will ship your item 2-3 days after your order, and if we cannot we will let you know, at time of purchase. If you would like to confirm timescales with us in advance, please get in touch via our contact page.

How much does delivery cost?

For wholesale orders and bespoke commissions, delivery costs will be discussed before the order is placed. For the current collection, delivery costs are as follows:

Set of 4 coasters:

£4 within UK, £9 within Europe, £14 to the rest of the World.

1 vase:

£6 within UK, £11  within Europe, £18 to the rest of the World.

1 Large Planter:

£11 within UK, £16 within Europe, £21 to the rest of the World.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to keep stock of all products, however all of our pieces are individually handmade, so stock levels do fluctuate. We will ship your item 3-5 days after your order, and if we cannot we will let you know, at time of purchase.

After despatch, please allow the following:

UK : 2-3 days.

Europe: 6-8 days.

Rest of world: 8-10days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please see our delivery costs below for more information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from our couriers once your purchase has been dispatched. If you have any queries about your order, the please get in touch via our contact page.

How will my order be sent?

We work with trusted couriers in the UK and worldwide. If your order is being delivered in the UK, it will be sent by either DPP or Hermes. If your order is outside of the UK, the courier may vary.

What happens if I’m not in?

Our courier will leave you order in a safe place for you to collect once you are in.

Can I return my order?

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. we ask that you return the goods unused. We request that you please enclose the invoice supplied with your delivery. please contact us before you do. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. 

How do I return an order?

Please use the original packaging to pack your items, along with your returns form, and send them all to Dust London, GF44, Grafton Art House, Grafton Road, Croydon, London, CR0 3RP. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to cover you against loss or damage.
